Shipping

PREFER HUMANS products are made to order and produced on demand through selected fulfillment partners. Production location and carrier may vary by product and destination. Production time and carrier transit are separate steps: your order is first made, then shipped.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States and the Czech Republic. The shipping destinations and rates shown at checkout are authoritative for your order.

Shipping price

The shipping amount shown at checkout is authoritative. Products fulfilled by different production partners can ship separately and can have different shipping charges.

Delivery estimates

Because every item is made to order, the delivery timeframe is an estimate, not a guarantee. It combines the time needed to produce your item plus carrier transit time. Any dates shown at checkout or in order emails are estimates. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other US territories can take additional time.

Split shipments

Some items are made by different specialist partners, so a multi-item order may arrive in more than one package. You won't need to do anything differently; each shipment gets its own tracking when available. If products in one order are made at different facilities or by different fulfillment partners, they may arrive in separate packages, and you will receive available tracking information for each shipment.

Address problems

Please check your shipping address before placing the order. If you notice an address mistake, contact support@preferhumans.shop with your order number as soon as possible. Because orders move into production quickly, we cannot guarantee that a change is possible after an order is placed, but we will try to help before the order ships.
