Is PREFER HUMANS anti-AI?

No. We use AI. We just don't think technology should automatically outrank people, relationships, taste or real experience.

So why use AI to build the brand?

Because useful tools are useful. We use AI for research, iteration, code and repetitive work. Human judgment still decides what matters and what reaches the customer.

What's the Human-H?

It's an H, two people and a connection first. You notice more the closer you look.

How are the pieces made, and how does shipping work?

Every piece is made to order by our production partners after you buy it. Shipping methods, costs and delivery windows depend on your address and appear at checkout. See the Shipping page for how production time and transit time add up.

How do I choose a size?

Use the garment measurements in the size chart on each product page and compare them with a piece you already own and like. Between sizes? Ask us before you order.

What if something's wrong with my order?
