Returns and refunds

We want orders to arrive as expected. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or different from what you ordered, contact support@preferhumans.shop with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the problem and provide the remedy required by applicable law and our store policy, which may include replacement or refund. You deal directly with PREFER HUMANS as the seller; you will never be asked to resolve a production issue with a fulfillment partner yourself.

Change-of-mind returns

Our products are made to order. For returns that are not caused by a defect or fulfillment error, items must be returned in a condition consistent with reasonable inspection: unworn beyond trying on, unwashed and without avoidable damage.

How to start a return

Email support@preferhumans.shop before sending anything. Include your order number and the reason for the request. We will provide the correct return address and remedy instructions when the return is approved. Items sent to a manufacturing partner or an unapproved address may not be recoverable.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible. Payment processors and banks can take additional time to post the refund after it is issued. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at support@preferhumans.shop.
